Shape a consultancy practice while remaining close to major client programmes.

Viridis Talent is seeking Director-level cost consultancy professionals interested in leadership opportunities in Irving and the wider Dallas–Fort Worth market.

Your remit will include:

  • Providing strategic oversight of data centre cost management commissions.

  • Building senior client relationships and developing sustainable account growth.

  • Leading recruitment, succession planning and professional development.

  • Managing business planning, fees, resource utilisation and financial performance.

  • Setting technical assurance standards across estimating, procurement and commercial delivery.

  • Supporting bids, negotiating appointments and identifying new market opportunities.

Your experience should demonstrate:

  • Typically 12–15+ years in construction cost management, including senior consultancy leadership.

  • Successful delivery of major data centre or comparable capital programmes.

  • Responsibility for teams, commercial performance and client development.

  • The ability to combine technical credibility with sound business judgment.
