Lead the commercial management of technically complex MEP packages.

Viridis Talent is seeking Senior MEP Cost Consultants interested in consultancy opportunities in San Antonio, supporting major mission-critical construction programmes.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading MEP estimating, cost planning and tender reconciliation.

  • Assessing pricing for substations, generators, UPS, switchgear, cooling and controls.

  • Managing commercial interfaces between contractor packages and owner-procured equipment.

  • Reviewing labour productivity, installation assumptions and long-lead procurement risks.

  • Negotiating change orders and maintaining reliable forecasts through closeout.

  • Advising clients on cost implications of design and specification changes.

We’re interested in candidates with:

  • Approximately 7–12 years’ relevant MEP commercial experience.

  • Strong data centre, semiconductor or similarly complex project exposure.

  • Detailed knowledge of mechanical and electrical construction cost drivers.

  • Experience leading technical commercial discussions with clients and contractors.

Professional accreditation is welcome, alongside a strong record of practical delivery.
