Viridis Talent is seeking Assistant Cost Consultants and Assistant Quantity Surveyors interested in consultancy opportunities in Dallas, supporting experienced commercial teams across pre- and post-contract delivery.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing quantity take-offs and supporting estimates from concept through detailed design.

  • Assisting with tender comparisons, contractor pricing reviews and procurement schedules.

  • Maintaining change logs, cost reports and cash-flow forecasts.

  • Supporting payment application assessments and final-account reconciliation.

We’re interested in candidates with:

  • Approximately 1–3 years’ relevant estimating, cost consultancy or quantity surveying experience.

  • A construction-related degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with measurement tools such as CostX or Bluebeam.

  • Careful attention to detail and the confidence to work with project stakeholders.

Data centre experience is welcome, alongside transferable experience in commercial construction, infrastructure or industrial projects.
