Typical responsibilities may include:

• Managing project scope, budgets, schedules and reporting.

• Coordinating designers, contractors, suppliers and client stakeholders.

• Identifying programme risks and resolving delivery challenges.

• Managing procurement, variations and change control.

• Overseeing construction progress and technical interfaces.

• Supporting testing, commissioning and operational handover.

Relevant backgrounds include construction management, engineering, building services and consultancy project management.

Experience delivering data centres is valuable. Professionals from technically complex sectors such as life sciences, energy and advanced manufacturing are also welcome to register their interest.
